The m ain purpose o f this research vvas to study the N octuidae species living in the forests o f K anlıca Forest E nterprise. For this purpose, this study has been carried out under tvvo m ain sections. T he inform ation about these species living in T urkey and in the neighbour countries vvere obtained by revievving the literatüre. Identification o f the N octuidae species collected from the region vvere done in the laboratory. 30 different species vvere obtained as the result o f the studies out at the K anlıca Forest E nterprise area. From these species, tvvo o f them are nevv record from M arm ara district.
