There exist differences iu every iııdividual’s specific way of living, characteristics, education and perception of the environm ent found . Visual perception is a plıeııomenon tlıat an individual can define the space initially. For sure, the factors afl'ect the visual perception are prim arily light, color, relations of shadoıvs and individual’s psyclıological situation. The design elements \vhich are scale, slıape, color, texture, ete. slıould be eınphasized and tlıought to ans\ver individual’s groove, reactions and instinets to have a successfully qualified space. As a result, the space vvill acquire visual perceptibility and perm aııent usability. Iıı this study, firstly, literatüre research has been applied to deternıiııe the im pact of “Light and Color” on visual perception. Then, the subject has been serutinized botlı with site surveys (photo, observation, ete.), and questionnaire in Sultanahm et seleeted as the research area.
