Dissolution welding has been applied in bandsaws. Heating energy use d for welding is obtained from different sources. Mostly used heating types are electric resistance, gas blaze and electric ditch. In this study, the bases of undergas welding were explained. Welding is consist four steps such as, cutting and preparing the ends, welding, tempering and maintenance. Af ter the blade had been cut off at an angle of exactly 90°, they were cleaned with acetone, spirits or an equivalent agent, and then filed away the burrs. After a successful welding made by experienced operator, operation is ended with tempering and maintenance.
