The purpose of this study is to find a solutions, based upon comparatice law, for the problems emerge from prosecuting felonies committed crimes and petty offenses against hunting and wildlife and emerge from protecting hunting and wildlife resources. In the first chapter, the legal aspects of hunting and wildlife is investigated. In the second chapter, problems arise from crimes and petty offenses committed against hunting and wildlife and their prosecution are investigated and potential soluitons for such problems are analysed. Then, the study ends with conclusions and discussions.
