In this research relavent to the fıxation of D urusu (Terkos) sand dunes, three-w ay fayouts of variance analysis have been applied to the m easurem ents obtained in 1989 from th e ’perm anent plot th at was already constituted, in o rder to determ ine vvhich of fi.vation techniques and sapling types is m ost convenient. The F values of factors have been com m ented and is case the populations have had sifnificant differences, D uncan test has been use. It has also been searclıed w hether the significance levels of factors change depending ont ime and sapling characteristics.
