In tlıis study, dynanıic nıodulus of elasticity (M O Ed) of ply\vood, particleboard and mediunı dcnsity fiberboard (M DF) w ere determined by using a Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) analyzer and com pared to tlıeir m eclıanical properties obtained fronı tlıe sam e specinıens. It w as revealed that strong correlatioııs between M O E() and static beııding properties (M OEs, M O R) >vere found in botlı longitudinal and beııding vibration for particleboard. Tlıere ıvere also good correlatioııs behveen M O Ed and beııding properties of M DF. Tlıe M O Ed in longitudinal and beııding vibration is acceptable to predict tlıe beııding properties of plyıvood in paı allel direction to long axis. H on ever poor correlations \vere found behveen M O Ed and IB in particleboard and M DF.
