In this study usage possibilities for crany skylines in Artvin have been examined, In crany skylines which are working in the region, time investigations and length wise profile production studies have been carried out. Costs and productivities of each machines have been found. Productivity o skylines has been found as mj/day and the expenditure of fuel in skylines has been found as mJllt. At the end of the thesis, suggestions have been made in ord er to inerense productivity of machines in the region.
