The Legal Principles for Utilization of Non-Wood Forest Products

The aim of the study is to determine the foundations of benefitting from forest products apart from wood (non wood forest products) and to present suggestions of solution by appointing the problems that are come across. Initially, what the forest products apart from wood are has been introduced in the study, and what the precepts about benefitting from these products are has been stated and scrutinized. In the following parts of the study, how the articles about benefitting from forest products apart from wood have changed through the course of history is indicated. Generally, due to the fact that the opinion of that benefitting from forest products apart from wood is permitted for personal needs according to the consuetudinary law is common, a detailed explanation ragarding the consuetudinary law’s being able to be implemented has also been done. Consequently, a way of solution has been suggested for the issue of benefitting for personal needs to reach clarity by doing an overall evaluation.
