In tlıis research the flora of The R esearch Forest o f Faculty of Forestry, U niversity of İstanbul w as studied and according to T he Red Data B ook of T urkislı Plants, the IUCN tlıreat categories of plants \vere explained. In The R esearch Forest a total of 355 taxa, \vhich belong to 71 fam ilies and 238 generas, w ere deternıined. W ith 5 endem ic taxa the percentage o f endem izm is lo\v. A ccording to The Red Data Book, Lathyrus undıılatus Boiss. w hich is an endem ic taxa, Symphytum tııberosıım L. subsp. nodosıım (Schur) Soö, Lilium martagoıı L. and Ferrulago coııfusa V elen are vulnerable.
