Apart from Bodenheimer(1953), nearly there vvas no specific data vvere given about Coccidae species, on the other hand many studies including also them vvere published. The scientific names, synonyms, distributions and host plants of 45 Coccidae species vvhich are ı ecorded in Turkey up to date are brought together the first time by this study.
