In this study the managerial and organizational structures of Tlırkish Furniture Enterprises vvere analyzed. The study vvas limited to big-scaled companies. The State Institute of Statistic’s definition of “big” vvas based on the scale. Due to this definition the companies eınploying more than 25 people vvere considered to be “big”. The treatment levels of planning, organization, administration, coordination, and control functions vvere determined by this study based on survey method. The survey vvas applied to both top and department managers. 32 top and 72 departmental managers vvere studied in the survey. The data optioned vvas illustrated by percentage distribution and statistical relationships vvere analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Programmer for Social Scientists).
