Nowadays, due to rapid and continous changing of the social, economical and technological conditions of the cities, urban settings and their environment are effected negatively. Especially, special parts of the cities where reflect the historical cultures of the nations are mairıly effected areas by intermixing of different cultures, unsufficient interest of citizen and changing life style. Beyazıt and, its environment being an examples under these disaduantapes in the historical peninsula of the metropolis, İstanbul should be planned as a touristic and recreational area taking into consideration its historical, natural and cultural values.
