O n e of th e m ain facto rs affecting th e d u ra b ility o f fo rest ro a d s is th e presen ce of sufficient n u m b e r of co n stru ctio n b u ild in g s a t p ro p e r îocations. I n conclusion, G IS c an b e used to calcu late vvatershed a re a s a n d to d e te rm in e ty p es of c o n stru ctio n b u ild in g s in th e fu tu re.
