In this study, effects of log storage tim e a n d b a rk usage ratio on tlıe physical and m echanical properties of particleboards m am ıfactured from Black Locust (Robinia pseudoacacia L.) vvere investigated. The particleboard m anufactured from the stored log particles had higher form aldehyde emission th an th at of the particleboard from green vvood particles. Hovvever, form aldehyde emission h ad no differeııce betvveen the 25 and 50% stored p a rtid e using ratios, statistically. The b a rk of Robinia pseudoacacia L. used by about 12.5 and 25% for core layer of particleboard, decreased tlıe form aldehyde emission of particleboard, significantly.
