Natural environments and sites are vanishing or getting frustrating since no conservative approaches have been applied in planning process. Preservation, development, and sustainability of the resources are possible, particularly in the use of natural sites, which can be achieved by ecological planning, the only instrument in planning \vithout destructing ecosystems. In this study, natural systems, their interactions with each other, and environmental effects due to hunıan activities have been examined. Existing of ecological planning approaclı and techniques developed according to nations and people have been suggested. These teclıniques have been taken into account regarding similarities and differences, emplıasizing ecological planning in terms of natural conservation. As a result, methods to be follovved have been given with ali these studies above.
