The forest production right was given to the villagers in 1956 with the 38 th artide of the forest low 683 ı. However, most people in the forestry society one not stili informed about the application in some forest-villages of Bursa. The objective of this study is to investigate this utilization application named "Baraklı Model" and put forward the results ofter 46 years implementation. Hence, sociaeconomic structure, forestry treatments and the problem in these villages have been studied to lind out of they go with the national forestry policiy.
