Dwelling is one of the fastest developing sector by intensive infrastructure and resident need. In great cities Iike İstanbul, increasing population and urbanization intensity give priority to intensive infrastructure and lıouse requirem ent. In our country state and private enterprises produce m ass-housing projects to meet dem ands on lıouse subm ission. N ot as a unit, m ass-housing is a settlem ent culture consisting of units. M ass-housing settlem ents are system atic living environm ent for users either \vith their social equipm ent and infrastructure or/and lıouse and outdoor spaces. In this study, it results slıowed tlıat the users’ social and psychological requirem ents and also life form have been m et by outdoor space usage possibilities in Bahçeşehir M ass-H ousing Settlem ent as sufficient in term s of quality and in quantity.
