Universities are the socıetıes constituting the last step of the formal educational process, and they take place in the educational process importantly. The aim of this study is to emphasize the importance of organizational culture that comprises assumptions, beliefs, values, norms, symbols and practices in the educational institutions and to determine to perceptions of student a subculıure of the academic organizations about the organizationallife. As a result of this study; generally, differences were found in perceptions of the students in Forest Engineering, Forest Industry Engineering and Landscape Architecture Departmerıts included in the Faculty of Forestry. While the studerıts had positive percepıions about the organizational construction, they had negative perccpıions about the power distance and communication.
