The range of cypress in Turkey is the shore parts of Mediterranean and Eagen Sea regions Kuşadası up to Silifke where generally the Mediterranean climate is dominant. The places it is seen in Reşadiye peninsula are Değirmenbükü-M izingit Suyu, Kısık Vadisi, Sandalsekisi and Gemicetepe. The cypress stands here are made up of indivuduals which are vveak in development, bad shaped like candlestick or forked, and short in lıeight due to various anthropogene effects.
